Service Changes
Service changes may include modifications to frequency, schedules, trip times, routing or stop locations. COTA modifies service three times per year on the first Monday of January, May and September. The next service change will be Monday, Jan. 4, 2027.
Public Meetings
To ensure all those within our communities have an opportunity to understand the decisions we make at COTA and provide input, we conduct several meetings throughout the year and encourage the public to attend. Meetings are held in person at COTA’s Downtown Office located at 33 N. High St. and online through Facebook Live .
