Due to ongoing protests in Columbus, all COTA transit service will continue to be rerouted around downtown Columbus indefinitely. This means no transit stops will be served in the downtown area.

These reroutes impact lines 1-12, 102 and CMAX. Customers needing to transfer buses can do so in the area of East Broad Street and Ohio Avenue, or East Broad Street and Champion Avenue.

The 8 p.m. Line Up Service will also be in the area of Broad and Ohio or Broad and Champion. COTA transit service ends system-wide at 9:00 p.m.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but this is to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, while giving protesters a safe space to demonstrate for the end to systemic racism. Their voices must be heard and because these marches are spontaneous, we cannot risk our transit vehicles getting in the way of that cause.
