Transit Amenity Enhancements

Transforming transit stops into welcoming and functional spaces is a priority for us. Here’s how you can be part of the process:

Request an Amenity: Do you notice that your transit stop could benefit from amenities like benches, shelters or lighting? Let us know through our Amenity Request Program. We’ll assess your request and work with the local community to make improvements where possible.

Contribute Toward a New Amenity: Join us in improving mobility in your neighborhood by contributing toward the installation of new amenities. Your support ensures a safer and more comfortable transit experience for everyone in your community.

Adopt-A-Stop: Take ownership of your transit stop by participating in our Adopt-A-Stop program. By pledging to keep the area clean and tidy, you’ll help create a more pleasant environment for customers. As a token of our appreciation, we’ll recognize your efforts with a special plaque at your adopted stop.

Strategic Response Specialist Team

Our Strategic Response Specialist Team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our passengers and employees. With specialized training and a focus on compassionate intervention, they respond to incidents involving vulnerable individuals and provide vital support to those in need. Their commitment to community service has earned them recognition, including the prestigious Community Impact Award by the Ohio Public Transportation Association.
