The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is announcing that system upgrades to COTA//Plus will interrupt service in the South Side Columbus zone on the morning of Sunday, March 10.

COTA//Plus operates from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week in South Columbus. Via, the software platform provider of the COTA//Plus app says system upgrades will be performed on Sunday morning and the service should be back online by noon. During the time of the system upgrades, customers will not be able to book trips.

These upgrades will NOT impact COTA’s fixed route (bus) or COTA Mainstream service. This also does not impact any other COTA//Plus zones as they do not operate on Sundays.

COTA//Plus is a microtransit on-demand service that provides door-to-door rideshare trips in specific zones. Like other rideshare services, COTA//Plus trips are booked through a mobile app.
