    Located at London-Groveport and Shook roads, the Mobility Center at Rickenbacker is more than just a transit hub. It’s a place that connects you to essential services and helps you take care of what matters most. Serving more than 38,000 workers in the Rickenbacker area, this center will offer:

    Food Access

    This 7,000-square-foot market, run by the Mid-Ohio Food Collective, will specialize in fresh vegetables, meats and non-processed foods, making it simple to pick up what you need for nutritious meals.

    Childcare & Family Support

    The Mobility Center at Rickenbacker will include space for a new early childhood center and a children’s playground, giving your family the care and fun they need close to work.

    Community Spaces

    The Mobility Center at Rickenbacker will offer shared spaces for community events and workforce training, giving you and your neighbors room to connect, learn and grow together.

    Convenient and Green Travel Options

    Whether you rely on COTA, cars, bikes or alternative mobility options, the Mobility Center at Rickenbacker will make your travel easier. The center will be a safe transfer point for COTA’s transit vehicles, as well as bikes, scooters, shared rides and even the Groveport Rickenbacker Employee Access Transit (GREAT) shuttle.

    But that’s not all. The center will also provide electric vehicle charging stations for public use, supporting your commitment to sustainable travel while COTA moves toward its goal of becoming a zero-emissions organization.

With space for community gardens, a food truck patio and native Ohio habitat restoration, including a butterfly garden, this center is a place where community, environment and opportunity meet.

    Thanks to funding from federal, state and local partners, including U.S. Representatives Joyce Beatty and Mike Carey, the Mobility Center at Rickenbacker will also serve as a hub for workforce training programs, helping you and your neighbors access the skills and resources you need to grow in your career.
