Reroutes
There are lots of things to do in the Central Ohio region, including special events held in public spaces. When necessary, COTA will adjust service to accommodate these big events. This page will be updated as needed to provide additional information about rerouted lines, modified stop times, relocated stops, and other important details.
Reroutes
Feb. 2–March 2, 2026: Riverside Hospital Construction
Impacted Line: Line 1 (Short Turn)
Due to construction at Riverside Hospital, the Short Turn Line 1 will be temporarily rerouted starting Monday, Feb. 2 through Monday, March 2. Stop SID 6364 will be closed during this time.
January–September 2026: Line 75 Stop Closures & Reroute
Impacted Stops:
- 1587: Tremont Rd. & Wilshire Dr. (sb)
- 1551: Tremont Rd. & Wilshire Dr. (nb)
- 7879: Tremont Rd. & Northam Rd. (sb)
- 1552: Tremont Rd. & Northam Rd. (nb)
Impacted Line: 75
Use the temporary stop at Northam Rd. & Tremont Rd. for nb service and nearby stops for sb service during this time.
Closures
Feb. 7, 2026: Stop 4109 Temporarily Closed
Impacted Lines: Lines 5 & 8
Impacted Stop: SID 4109
Due to construction, Stop 4109 at S. High St. & W. Mound St. (southbound) will be closed Saturday, Feb. 7, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Riders should use nearby same-directional stops during this time.
January–July 2026: Morse Rd. & Westerville Rd. Stop Closure
Impacted Stop: 7770
Impacted Line: 35
Use nearby stops at Morse Rd. & Dunbridge St. or Westerville Rd. & Wallingford Ave.
Dec. 16, 2025–March 4, 2026: Easton Transit Center Bay 3 Closure
Closure for Line: 24
Line 24 may still use pickups and dropoffs at Easton Transit Center during the impact at any available bay. All customers at Easton Transit Center should confirm their routes on bus headers to ensure they board their desired route.
